The Eco-pupil’s parliament has got a compact structure that conforms to the usual agenda structure of sessions or meetings
The structure has a speaker selected by pupils themselves who prepares and chairs sessions
Before any session, members of parliament submit to the secretary/clerk items or issues for discussion gathered from respective classes that they represent. The issues are put on the agenda, discussed during the session and decison on what action to take is made.

Minutes of the session proceedings are recorded and the school community is notified through class representatives, news round ups, notice boards, assembly.
